Patsy is extremely knowledgeable on the current market environment and works tirelessly connecting buyers and sellers. She staged the home with coastal furniture accents and luxury bedding. She held open houses every weekend until sold. She prepared the home to show 30 minutes prior to all showings with buyer's agents and their buyers but ultimately found the buyer on her own. She had a list of vendors who helped with small repairs during the inspection negotiation and was present when work was performed. She gets the job done. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Patsy is a VERY hard worker and will do anything needed to get things done. We were riddled with an unprofessional/unethical buyer's broker, inspector that had no knowledge of building code and a ridiculous buyer but she got it done.

While we made repairs and you were preparing marketing materials you suggested I take a look at a home down the street. You knew the seller wanted to trade up and I was looking to downsize. Our homes were similar and I liked the home so I agreed to have you contact his real estate agent regarding a possible trade. Needless to say, both parties loved each others homes and we agreed on the value of our homes and we had a smooth transaction. After having my house on the market a few years ago with a different agent, I was expecting the worst this go around. Patsy came in, worked to market the house to the right clientele and ensured the house was staged to sell. As opposed to last go around where the house sat on the market for months and went through three price drops, this time we got a full price offer within 36 hours of being on the market! I couldn't recommend Patsy more highly. She was so helpful during the process and was always willing to go above and beyond to help us make the sale!!!
