Patsy held Open Houses on both days of the weekends and even continued holding Open Houses after we had accepted an offer in order to get legitimate back-up offers. She even got an "asking +50,000 as a "Back-Up Offer". Patsy supported me throughout the escrow by handling many of the details for me while I was out of town. Patsy actually handled both sides of this sale because she found my buyer during an Open House. We are ALL very happy and relaxed throughout the process and I highly recommend Patsy Metcalf as a seller's or buyers agent.

My daughter needed to find an apartment that allowed dogs in the Corona del Mar area which was going to be difficult since there are not many available right now. She assured us right away that she would find one that would be perfect. She called the very next day and we looked at a studio that was way too small, but the owner also had a carriage apartment that was going to go on the MLS that night. Patsy took us over right away and the place was just right. One bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room over the garage and separate from the main house. We had to pay a little more than we anticipated but rates have gone up from a year ago.

Patsy helped my husband and me find a rental home in Corona Del Mar. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor dealing with a rental client. She has been extremely helpful, thorough, honest, responsive and communicative throughout the entire process -from looking for a home, to signing the lease. Now, getting ready to move in, she is still making sure that we are taken care of by our future landlord and she has let me into the property to measure on two different occasions. I feel that she really cares about her client's needs and desires in a home. She was very open and honest about properties she felt would work for us and those that would not. I would give Patsy 10 stars if I could!!!! On top of all of that, Patsy is just a lovely and kind person!!!

She had a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the communities. Patsy took the time to research what type of home I was looking for with patience. I had spoken to other realtors who seemed only interested in making a sale. With Patsy, I really felt like she cared more about finding just the right place for me over just making a sale. I completely recommend her to all my friends who are looking for a new home.

She consistently seeks to explore the best direction for her clients to take, with their best interests at heart.
